About MINDA

Premier Programmes

This category consists of our in-depth premier programmes. These programmes take place once every year and feature in-depth instruction provided by knowledge experts from international as well as local providers. Participants receive a certificate when they successfully complete the course. These programmes are typically between 2 - 5 days in duration.

  1. Building High Performance Directors (BHPD): If there was a programme that defined MINDA, this is it. The BHPD is designed to give Malaysian Directors exposure to other Board members with a wide range of experience in different cultures, industries and governance frameworks, in a very international setting. This programme typically caters for experienced Boards of Directors that wish to build a good basis for an effective Director.

  2. Chairman’s Forum: A programme specifically tailored for GLIC/GLC Chairmen. It is an exclusive personal development programme for Board Chairmen, aiming to enhance leadership competencies and to share experiences among peers. This programme provides new and experienced Chairmen with current issues pertaining to the Boards and their role as a Chairman.

  3. Director’s Forum: This Forum is an open programme for GLCs, designed to bring together Directors to discuss current and pertinent issues.
