Customised Programmes

This category consists of customised programmes specially tailored to suit the specific requirements of an organisation or situation. These programmes are typically 1-2 days in duration. Programmes that we have organised in the past are:

Nominee Director Programme. Caters to the specific needs in terms of the roles of Nominee Directors and provides a platform for sharing and discussion on issues that they are facing, through facilitated sessions.
Company Retreat. Learning session and updates to participants on current trends in the area of high performance leadership.
MINDA special programmes, addressing specific current and topical issues for Boards. These programmes are shorter in duration.
