Mazni Ahmad Norilah

Mazni-Ahmad-NorilahMazni Ahmad Norilah is a key member to MINDA’s executive and leadership team since 2010. She is a strategic marketing professional with more than 20 years of significant and progressive experience in directors’ development framework, membership institution and financial industries.

Prior to joining MINDA, Mazni worked at the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as Head of Marketing and Promotions. She played a pivotal role in the marketing and promotional work of the Institute as well as helming the sponsorship and exhibition campaign for the World Congress of Accountants.

Previously, she was the Key Account Manager at Petrofibre Network Sdn Bhd; a former subsidiary of Petronas, where she served the government and private sectors including the oil, gas and petrochemical market. She was involved in the marketing of bandwidth leasing and fibre optic network and monitoring of the overall assignments and implementations of account managers. Mazni was also a Credit Officer at CIMB Bank where she assisted in the marketing strategies for existing and new products and services offered and loan monitoring and administration.

She started her career as a Money Broker at Amanah Butler Malaysia Sdn Bhd; an associate company of MIDF and has worked on a wide array of public relations and marketing communications challenges in numerous industries.

Mazni holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Bakersfield in Business Administration (Marketing) and an MBA (International Business) from the University of East London.

Diana SeowEchoing MINDA’s commitment in customer excellence, Diana is our new Head of Marketing & Engagement. She brings 15 years of branding, marketing and customer loyalty experience in joining MINDA’s family.

Being an advocator of customer loyalty, Diana has been transforming marketing teams from product-focused to customer-centric minded throughout her career. Her expertise covers strategic marketing, corporate branding, direct marketing, events management, partner relationship management, customer loyalty programme, media relations and product lifecycle management.

Diana has working experience in the professional publishing industry in the area of Tax, Accounting, HR and Corporate Law across Asia; customer loyalty consultancy for FMCGs, lifestyle stores, financial institutions etc; and IT solutions training and certification industry. Diana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Marketing from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia.
