From 21-22 August 2017, Malaysian Directors Academy (MINDA) will be hosting the 3rd International Directors Summit on Governance in Kuala Lumpur. This year’s Summit will assemble approximately 500 directors across Asia with 12 hours of intelligence, thoughts exchange and insightful sessions and 3 streams of breakout sessions to cater for the needs of diverse directors
With the theme “Enhancing Resilience Through Governance For Sustainability”, the aim of IDS this year is to address how boards can respond to periods of change to ensure business sustainability over the growing challenges from uncertainty in political, economic and social environment.
The 2017 Summit is jointly organised by the Razak School of Governance (RSOG) with special participation of UEM Group Berhad as Platinum Sponsor . Pre- and post-summit activities aim to provide opportunities for participants to learn more about the corporate governance and sustainability and to get in contact with various stakeholders.
We look forward to welcoming chairmen, independent directors, executive directors, CEOs, senior management, institutional investors, policy makers and relevant CG stakeholders to IDS 2017.
